Instrumental (προφανως) METAL γεματο πωρωτικά ριφφς και τουμπανιασμένο παιξιμο με σχετικα χαμηλη προτεραιοτητα στο shred-o-τιρουριρου.I started Metal for Running with the hopes of solving both the boring and painful part of running for beginners. The music is set to exactly 180 bpm so you can adjust your steps per minute to that amount. And the stories for each song are written to give you something to visualize for your mind.
Why is the Metal for Running album at 180 bpm?
It’s to help you maintain a metronome perfect cadence while listening to music. I couldn’t find a lot of metal music that was perfectly set to 180 bpm across the entire album, so I set out to make one. That said, not every part of each song is fast with a 180 "beat". Some parts are halftime at 90 bpm which means you’d take two steps per beat. It’s probably more complicated to try and explain it than to just try running with it and let your body will feel the rhythm naturally. Personally, it’s helped me out a lot by running at 180 bpm. It may not be "optimal" or "perfect", but it works."
